Seedling Fever

Mine are up! How about yours?

After only being planted for a week, many of my seedlings are starting to sprout! I always get excited to see the "little babies," but this year we've had so much snow that I'm really not sure the dangers of the first frost are over yet, which means I may have some veggies growing in pots around my kitchen for a bit! This wouldn't be a huge problem, except my cats like to gnaw on them.

Did you know that feeding your seedlings too soon can actually burn their roots! There are a bunch of great seedling care tips here that you can check out about keeping them safe and sound. I'm usually pretty bad about separating my plants so I always try to be careful about that.

Do you have any seedlings? I'd love to see your plant babies! Share them in the chat below.
